Hmm, what's next?

Well, I've been thinking about some new ideas in my jewelry making.  Right now, I'm currently working on another olive green metallic magatama necklace.  I really don't like to make the same set again 'cause it gets kind of boring - but being that I'm getting paid for my effort.......:)   What I would do is make the earrings different.  I saw this nice pattern in Beadwork magazine but I have a little problem with reading patterns - I'm not that good at it.  But from looking at the design I came up with another idea.  Too bad I can't draw on this blog then I could show you what I'm thinking about...since I can't that will have to wait til I'm finished with the necklace.  Actually this set was such a hit when I showed it off at work that I have to make it two more times!!  That means I have to come up with two more different designs for the earrings.  Hmmm, that will take a little more thinking..... :D  Besides, I have to make a set for myself as well, being that I originally was making the set for me - but one of my co-workers wanted it so bad - that I had to sell it to her!!  She took it home to show her daughter and now she wants one as well.  Luckily for me they all live in another borough - so it's not like we'll be wearing it at the same time!  LOL!  I had wanted to put up some more pictures of some other jewelry that I made - but this computer wasn't having it!! sigh.....I guess even a computer can get testy too!  LOL!  Well, I'll have to try again tomorrow.  Have a good night!
