Jewelry I want/have to learn to make

Hello again!  Same day, it's now 7:54 am and I just want to put up some pictures of pieces made by others.  I would love to make these!

I forgot who made this, but these are the super duo beads that I love so much.  Isn't this gorgeous?

Designed & created by Antonella Di Spigno
(Italy)  These are AWESOME!! I have to save some funds to buy this pattern!

I guess you can tell I spent some time on the computer taking pictures of all these pieces.  I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE EVERY LAST PIECE!!

OKay, this time I'm leaving!  Gotta go to the doctor!  Have a blessed day!
Remember the Lord loves you!
Hallelujah!

New colors

Good morning everyone!  As I sit here at my desk, I have some beads that are waiting to be created!  I just finished making a new pair of earrings in a bronze and olive opaque color.  What do you think of these?

I keep trying to come up with newer designs, but I just have to ask the Lord, wait patiently and see what He has for me!

Here's another pair that I made previously and sold to one of my co-workers....
This color is Olive Bronze Vega - of course it looks a bit green with streaks of other colors and I put some Swarovski crystals in the bottom.

I made these for my mother.  These colors are gorgeous!

These went to her as well.  The colors are Opaque Cream and Umber Picasso.  I don't know if you can see, but the Umber (brown) have flecks of other turquoise or black color painted on them.

I ordered more of these beads because.....I make sets! LOL!  And I need to make some bangles to go with - yah!  (giggle)  Such humor at 7:51 am in the morning!  (New York time)

More pictures later.  Gotta go!  Time's flying!

Happy New Year!!

The new year starts out with new jewelry!  I'm having so much fun coming up with different designs.  Here's a preview of the new items that I've made so far.  I've been spending a lot of time looking at videos on You Tube.  There's this company named The Potomac Bead Company and they have so many videos on really gorgeous pieces of jewelry that anyone can make.  I've been making these Super Duo bangles.  The more I make them, the better I get at them.  Here's just a sampling of what I've made so far.
This is the first bangle that I made.  The colors are Olivine and Cobalt (blue).
then I made,

The color for this one is really a Blue Chalky Luster and Cream...but when I took the picture it actually looks like a bluish turquoise color.  (Usually called turquoise howlite).
then I made this bracelet,

I liked this one!  The colors are Opaque Red Marbled Gold, Opaque Olive Green and Umber Picasso (which has some painted streaks on them).
This is the other side of this bracelet where you can see some of the brown beads.

Then I thought to myself that I needed earrings to go with this bracelet ('cause I have an outfit already picked out to wear with this) :D
and came out with.....
now you can see all the colors in it.

As I'm always telling people, I like to make sets...hence..

So many people complimented me on these pieces that I made more...well, more earrings that is.  With the intention of making bangles to go with!  (Really!)

Since everybody liked all that I made, all these items are gone.  But don't feel sad, :(  I will be making more of these items and in different color combinations.

Isn't this just gorgeous?!

This is the finished product

This is the matching bangle for one of the earrings - the colors for this one is Opaque Green Turquoise and Amethyst.  (Ah, this set is gone too!)

Since I was getting so good at making the earrings, I decided to change them up a bit and came up with these.  These I'll wear with my first bracelet.

and here's my set (yep I'm keeping this one! lol!)

Don't despair, I did buy more of these gorgeous beads and shall be putting them all together to make more beautiful bangles and earrings.  Will make sure to post them here.  This new year holds many exciting new designs to explore and hopefully time to make them.  In the meantime, if you see anything you'd like me to make, just leave a comment and I will get back to you to discuss the specifics (like your fist and wrist size as these are customized bangles designed to fit only YOU!)

Until then........

Hope your new year holds many exciting possibilities for you too!

(Private note:  Everything that you see on this blog was handmade by me with the help of our Almighty Lord, Jesus Christ.  He designed it and gave me the creativity and vision to make it happen.  I cannot do anything in this world without my Lord and Savior!  All glory to God!

Just making jewelry

It's been a while since my last post.  I have been making different styles of jewelry - as presents and just some pieces I've been wanting to do.  I do love Beadwork!!  OM Goodness!  Of course, it's very time consuming --- but the end result is worth it.  So, before I show off that, here's some jewelry that I made some time ago and didn't get a chance to post it here.  Just in case someone might be interested in buying.....Christmas is around the corner!

10m Dark Gray Pearls with Silver/Clear Chinese Crystals

6mm Fuchsia Pearls with ?? (can't remember the name of the semi precious square bead) - bought many, many moons ago.  Just decided to make this set and sold it that fast!

Trying my hand with the knotter tool - as you can see I have a lot of Pearls!  This is what I would call "The Dainty Set".   This sold right away as well.

Sometimes I do get a little inspiration to try newer designs.  This was given as a gift.

I just love the colors with these beads!  (Psst, I still have some of these beads, if anyone's interested!)

This is the two strand right angle weave.  This was a gift.

matching earrings

Lilac Swarovski Pendant Bracelet

Navy blue stretch beaded bracelet

Jet and Clear crystal bracelet

Dark blue (it's so dark it almost looks black)

Kisses and Hugs made with 8mm Chinese crystals
(You tube video Potomac Bead Company) This was shown on a previous post, but I've made it four times.  (shrugs - this design is very popular!)

Lamp work beads with embellishments (This was a gift)  Though I do have extra beads (if anyone's interested, that is)

Indian Pink, Rose, Clear AB Swarovski crystal bracelet

Another bead work attempt:  Super Duo bangle
(this actually came out nice....so I had to make another one) I learned this style by the Potomac Bead Company via You Tube tutorials.

This is the second attempt (but was too big on my arm)

Anyway, that's just a couple of things I've been making for the past week.  This is just to give you an idea of what I can create for you.  If you see anything that you'd like me to make, please feel free to email me at sequita58@gmail.com .  I will get back to you.  Everything you see here is designed and made by me unless otherwise noted.
